Francisco Sanchez has extensive work experience in the cruise industry. Francisco started their career in 2002 as an Inside Sales Representative at Costa Crociere and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at MSC Crociere. In 2010, they joined HOLLAND AMERICA LINE & SEABOURN as a National Account Manager DACH and continued in that role until 2021. From 2011 to 2021, they also worked at Seabourn Cruise Line as a National Account Manager DACH. Currently, Francisco is the Head of Sales DACH at Explora Journeys, starting from November 2021.

Francisco Sanchez attended the Schule für Touristik and obtained a degree in Tourismusfachwirt.
