Tara Leipold is currently an Associate Scientist at Explico, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Tara served as an Ethos Community Partner Liaison and Teaching Assistant for Engineering Innovation and Introduction to Biomechanics at the University of Dayton School of Engineering from January 2021 to May 2023. Additionally, Tara worked as a Research Assistant in the Motion Analysis Lab and held various roles at Explico, including Accident Reconstruction Consultant and Engineering Intern. Tara's academic background includes a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, earned at the University of Dayton from 2019 to 2023, following graduation from Father Gabriel Richard High School in 2019.
