Neal Carter is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in accident reconstruction and analysis. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Explico since December 2021, Neal previously held the position of Vice President and Principal Engineer at Luminous Forensics from November 2019 to December 2021, and prior to that, worked at Kineticorp as Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer in Accident Reconstruction from August 2007 to November 2019. Neal's expertise encompasses analyzing physical evidence related to vehicular crashes using advanced physics-based computer simulations and a range of crash analysis software, including PC-CRASH and HVE. Earlier in career, Neal served as a Seals Design Engineer at ATK from 2004 to 2007, focusing on the design of sealing systems for propulsion systems. Neal holds a B.S. in Engineering with a Mechanical Specialty from Colorado School of Mines and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
