Miguel Benito Checa is a Powertrain Engineer at Expleo Group, specializing in algorithm design and validation procedures for Horse Powertrains (Renault) using Matlab and Simulink. Prior experience includes working as a classic vehicle restorer at Cochera Clasicos, where Miguel focused on the disassembly and restoration of Mercedes-Benz classic cars. A master's internship at Managing Composites allowed Miguel to gain expertise in composite materials and design methodologies with Catia V5. Previous roles also include serving as a telemetry engineer during the 2021 racing season with Yamaha MS Racing and design engineering at Nebrija Power Wheelie.
