Kristen Richardson has a diverse work experience in the sales and account management field. Kristen started their career as a Retail Merchandising Intern at Marc Jacobs in 2010. Kristen then worked as a Sales Assistant and later as a Junior Account Executive at Marc Jacobs from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Kristen joined Alexis Bittar, Inc. as an Account Executive, and then moved back to Marc Jacobs as an Account Executive in 2014. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Ziff Davis Shopping, starting as an Account Manager and progressing to roles such as Account Director, Senior Account Director, and ultimately Director of Sales. Currently, Kristen is working as the Director of New Business at ExpertVoice, a position they have held since 2023.

Kristen Richardson received their Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel with a specialization in Retail Merchandising from The University of Texas at Austin.
