Melissa Johnson is an experienced radiologic technologist currently working at the Medical University of South Carolina since December 2002. In addition to this role, Melissa has been serving as a radiology legal expert witness at The Expert Institute since April 2018. Previous positions include radiologic technologist and CT technologist at Nason Medical Center, as well as student and radiologic technologist roles at VA Hospital and Roper Hospital. Early career experience includes working as a nursing assistant at Presbyterian Nursing Home. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the Medical University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston, and two associate degrees in health science and nursing from Trident Technical College.
