Frederikke Sundberg is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as Recruitment Manager and Tech Recruiter at Experis Norway since May 2023, responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT consultants. Previously, Frederikke held the position of Team Manager at The Educational Equality Institute, where involvement included overseeing the People Team within a non-profit focused on educating girls in underprivileged and conflict-affected areas. Frederikke's recruitment expertise was further developed at NIRAS as a Recruitment Assistant, managing internal recruitment processes, and at JUC as a Student Assistant in HR Recruitment, assisting in various recruitment strategies and processes. Academically, Frederikke holds a Master's degree in Change Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, alongside an educational background from Santa Monica College and Herlufsholm Skole og Gods.
