Stephanie Digeon is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in hotel management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as General Manager for Regina Experimental Biarritz and Hotel Le Garage Biarritz since June 2022, Stephanie played a key role in the hotel's reopening in June 2023. Previously, Stephanie held the position of General Manager at Hotel Le Garage Biarritz and Regina Biarritz with MGallery Hotel Collection. Earlier career milestones include roles such as Deputy Manager at Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy and F&B Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Accra, Ghana, along with various food and beverage management positions across notable hotels in Dubai, Malabo, Cairo, and Manila. Stephanie's educational background includes an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management from Ecole de Savignac.
