Katy Davies is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager for STEREO at Experimental Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Katy worked as an Operations Manager in freelance consultancy for Albie Saliba's venues and Secret Cinema. Previous positions include General Manager roles at Mahiki, Inception Group in London, and Conrad Dubai, where Katy successfully launched the new property as part of the food and beverage management team. Earlier career highlights feature leadership positions at Nikki Beach Global and MAHIKI DUBAI, along with foundational roles at Mahiki and Proud. Education includes a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Fine Art from Lancaster University.
