Caitlin Van Der Schaaf currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Experience Senior Living, a position held since September 2023. Previous roles include Senior Regional Director of Operations at Anthology Senior Living and Vice President of Operations for Cadence Senior Living, as well as various leadership positions at Frontier Management, LLC and Leisure Care. Caitlin's extensive experience in senior living management is complemented by a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration with a Long Term Care Option and Gerontology Certification from Oregon State University.
