Rim Chermiti's work experience includes a role as Customer Support at Expensya, a leading mid-market spend management solution company, starting in November 2019. They also worked as a Technical Support Agent at Cpl from February 2016 to September 2016.

Rim Chermiti began their education in 2010 at the Université de La Manouba, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish language in 2013. They then pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Spanish language, literature, and civilization in 2014. In 2014-2015, Rim Chermiti studied at the Universitat de Barcelona, completing a Master's program in Advanced Studies in Spanish and Latin American Literature. Currently, they are enrolled in doctoral studies in Hispanic American literature at the Universitat de Barcelona.
