Issam Allani has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Vice President at ACM INSAT and as a Media Manager at techlens. In 2018, they interned at Assurances BIAT and worked as a Developer at LEVEL 1, where they developed a Virtual Reality physics experiment simulator. In 2020, Issam worked as a Web Developer at Galactech Studio, where they developed a network for gamers using technologies like React JS and Node JS. In 2021, they joined Expensya as a Software Engineer. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Teacher at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie.

Issam Allani obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mise en réseau de systèmes informatiques et télécommunications from INSAT - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie, where they studied from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they achieved the status of Africa and Arab Collegiate Programming Championship Finalist in November 2021 from the ICPC - International Collegiate Programming Contest.
