Emna Abdellah has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Stage technique au Département Système d'Information at Continental. The following year, they served as the Responsable Relations Extérieures at Astus (Association des élèves du département Télécoms). In 2013, they worked as a Risk Management Consultant at Wavestone. From 2014 to 2017, Emna worked at Lombard Odier Group as an IT Project Coordinator. Emna'sresponsibilities at the company included coordinating IT projects. In 2017, they joined Expensya as a Manager Client Support Services, where they lead the client support team. Emna later transitioned to the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at Expensya in January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Emna is currently still in this position.

Emna Abdellah started their education at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon in 2008 and completed it in 2014. Emna obtained a degree in Téléc communications Services et Usages during this time. In 2012, Emna Abdellah briefly attended Aalto University, where they pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Technologies de l'information.
