Roger Skaggs has worked as an End User Support Specialist at Expedient Technology Solutions, LLC since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Sogeti from November 1997 to October 2016, where they held multiple roles in Information Technology Support Services.

Roger Skaggs attended Hazard High School from 1987 to 1991. Following their graduation from high school, they enrolled at Union College (KY) in 1991 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1995.
