Mitchell Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client care and IT support at Expedient, where roles have included Senior Client Care Manager and Client Care Manager since September 2012. Responsibilities have encompassed ensuring customer satisfaction by leading support team efforts, managing escalations, and guiding Tier One Analysts in problem resolution across multiple data centers. Prior to this, Mitchell earned a BS in Healthcare Information Systems Management from Franklin University, where significant projects included the development of healthcare information system acquisition plans.
