Jack Kapaun is a seasoned professional in product strategy and management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Product Strategy for Traveler Products at Expedia Group since January 2021, Jack Kapaun leads the product strategy for all traveler-facing products and drives strategic investments and competitive analysis. Previously, Jack Kapaun was the Director of Product Strategy for Flights, Car Rentals, and Cruises at Bain & Company, where leadership of consulting teams focused on growth and product strategies for multi-billion dollar clients. Jack Kapaun's experience spans roles at United Airlines, PwC, and GE Aviation, supported by an MBA in Strategy and Data Analytics from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
