Ali El-Awady has a robust background in corporate development and investment, currently serving in a Corporate Development role at Expedia Group since October 2021, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and special projects. Prior to this, Ali was a Senior Investment Associate at Virgo Investment Group from March 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included post-transaction value creation, investment modeling, and leading due diligence processes. Earlier experience at Prologis, spanning from 2015 to 2018, included positions as Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Associate, where Ali valued approximately $10 billion of industrial real estate, spearheaded an automation project, and supported the Corporate Venture Capital team. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Consulting and Finance, with a Minor in Economics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
