Tim Peirce is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience leading teams in various capacities. Currently serving as the Team Leader for The Peirce Group at eXp Realty since July 2023, Tim previously held similar leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and The Peirce Group - Keller Williams from November 2017 to July 2023. Earlier in the career, Tim worked as Managing Broker at the Moss Creek Office of Carolina Realty Group from June 2009 to September 2012, and as a Realtor in the Hilton Head area with Cora Bett Thomas Realty and Southern Lifestyle Group between 2003 and 2008. Tim began the professional journey at RAND Worldwide as a Key Account Manager from 2000 to 2003, providing consultative services on technology and business development. Academic credentials include a degree in Business/Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Ulster at Magee.
