Sunni Hepburn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, education, and media. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty since March 2022 and a Board Trustee for Southern Kern Unified School District since July 2021, Sunni also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Beauty's Biscuits since February 2013. As the Host, Producer, and Creator of the Book of Lies Podcast, launched in February 2019, Sunni explores themes of deceit in an engaging format. Previous roles include Head of Sales & Executive Producer at Spike and Crown Studios, Sales Manager at DropIn Inc, and Sr. Inside Sales Lead at J2 Global, among others. Sunni holds a BA in Mass Communication & Journalism with a focus on Advertising from California State University, Fresno.
