Olga Marciniak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Poland Country Leader at eXp Realty, Olga oversees strategic initiatives and team management within the Polish real estate market. As a co-founder of Inwestorki, Olga empowers a community of nearly 7,000 women in real estate investment and development. Additionally, Olga co-owns Angelo Custode Spółka Jawna, providing quality accommodation for international students, and WawaRoom Sp. z o.o., focusing on property management. Previous roles include Director at Preziosi Pty Ltd, where Olga launched luxury alcoholic beverages in Australia, and various positions at Opal Minded, culminating in sales and marketing leadership. Olga holds a Master’s degree in Culture Studies from the University of Warsaw.
