Nichole Nance is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in real estate and information technology. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty since February 2023, Nichole also holds the position of Information Technology Systems Engineering Lead at the Defense Logistics Agency since September 2019. Previous experiences include founding and operating Pretty Smart Planning from December 2016 to February 2023, and supervising IT operations for the Department of the Navy from January 2017 to September 2019. Nichole's extensive IT project management background includes tenure with the United States Department of Defense and various technical roles, showcasing proficiency in operations management and software development. Nance is also pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Public Administration at Liberty University while holding a Master's in Project Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Web Design.
