Nicholas Lawlor, CPA, has extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors, currently serving as Principal Broker at eXp Realty since September 2020. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as Principal Broker and Broker at RE/MAX INTEGRITY and as a Buyer Specialist at Jamie Paddock Group. Nicholas also served as COO/CFO and Chief Financial Officer at Tyree Oil, Inc., where responsibilities included financial operations and strategic planning. Earlier career experience includes interim leadership at Western Shelter and a decade in auditing and client management at Jones & Roth, PC. Nicholas holds a Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2001.
