Nicholas Barnhart is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at eXp Realty since December 2021 and as a Valuation Specialist at Anchor Loans LP since August 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Capital Real Estate Appraisal from 2013 to 2017 and VIP Services/Security at Music Box SD from 2015 to 2019. Nicholas began a military career as an Army Airborne in the U.S. Army from 2002 to 2006. Nicholas pursued higher education at San Diego Christian College during 2017 and 2018.
