Jim Talbert has extensive experience in real estate and property management, currently serving as a Realtor at Century 21 Redwood Realty since March 2014. Prior to this role, Jim held positions including District Sales Manager at UDR, where sales and marketing efforts were driven for 2804 apartment homes in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. Between 2010 and 2014, Jim also worked as a Realtor at Zip Realty. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Churchill Corporate Services, where over 200 fully furnished corporate apartments were created in the DC Metro area, and senior roles at National Corporate Housing, Trammell Crow Residential, and RREEF. Jim began their career in sales and marketing at TrafficStation and technical scheduling at Productivity Point International. Educational background includes attendance at Virginia Commonwealth University from 1986 to 1990.
