Cody Creamer is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in both residential sales and land development. Currently serving as the Realtor Team Lead at eXp Realty since December 2021, Cody also co-founded Maverick Development in June 2021, focusing on acquisitions and land development. With a history of working as a realtor at Creamer Real Estate since October 2016 and previously at Coldwell Banker from February 2019 to April 2021, Cody is dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream homes. Additionally, Cody holds the position of Founder and Principal at TCT since January 2020 and began a career in the automotive sector as a Tire Tech at PTMG from September 2010 to January 2016. Educational qualifications include completion of programs at Champions School of Real Estate and the National Associations of Expert Advisors in 2016, culminating in a designation as an Expert Advisor in Real Estate.
