Brooke Pawar, CAM, currently serves as a Realtor at eXp Realty since November 2024. Previously, Brooke held the position of Director of Operations at Lexington Realty International from December 2023 to September 2024, leading property transformation efforts for mixed-use developments and managing a senior living community with a focus on operational excellence. As a Senior Real Estate Manager at AION Management from April 2023 to December 2023, Brooke oversaw the operations of 1,462 units and successfully enhanced resident satisfaction and profitability. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager at Atlas Experiences, LLC, Property Manager at Venterra Realty, Community Manager at Cottonwood Residential, and Assistant Property Manager at The Worthing Companies, among others. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish from The University of Georgia.
