Tim Kooistra is an experienced Traffic & Transportation Technologist currently employed at Dillon Consulting Limited since November 2018. Responsibilities include conducting and overseeing transportation impact studies for private developers and municipalities, assisting with road widening and active transportation project design, and advising on traffic calming measures and speed limit modifications. Previously, Tim served as a Transportation Technologist at the City of London, where oversight of transportation reports and compliance with city guidelines was a focus. Additionally, Tim worked at the City of Surrey, leading the Traffic Calming Program and contributing to the development of the Cycling Program. Tim holds a degree in Transportation Engineering Technology from Mohawk College and has foundational education in Integrated Land Planning Technologies from Fanshawe College.
