John Michael DeLappe is currently the Chief of Staff at Exowatt, a Miami-based renewable energy company specializing in modular energy solutions for commercial and industrial applications. Previously, John served as a mentor for the Sol Clarity student team at Harvard University, guiding the development of a business proposal for a clean energy startup, and worked as an ESG Investment Analyst at Associated Energy Developers, where engagement focused on structuring clean energy investments. Additional experience includes roles as a Private Wealth Management Intern at Alex. Brown, a Research Intern at Climable.org, and a Product Management Intern at HOMER Energy by UL. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Sustainable Energy from Boston University, following education at Gulliver Preparatory School.
