Harbeer Singh is an experienced professional in the field of application and technical support, currently serving as the Lead - Product Support (L3) at Exotel since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and driving customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Application/Product Support Engineer at SAN Softwares, focusing on the installation and configuration of virtual machines and servers, as well as serving as a TPO and lecturer at Aditya Institute of Technology, where duties involved organizing placement drives and technical seminars. Harbeer began career as an Application Support Engineer at Towards Vision Technologies, working with Linux and PHP. Harbeer holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University, completed in 2011, and a Higher Secondary in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
