Nastassja Kern has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Starting in 2012, they completed a Consultancy Project for VetoAdom, a veterinarian emergency company, on a supply chain optimization. In 2013, they completed a Consultancy Project for La Ruche Développement, a coworking space for social entrepreneurs, on its domestic expansion in France. Nastassja also worked as a Research Analyst Intern at Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at InnoVision Labs Inc. as a Project Manager - Strategy and Operations in the European Market and Business Analyst. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Skai as a Project Manager, Head of Business Strategy Consulting, and Business Strategy Consultant, Life Sciences. Finally, they are currently working as a Go-To-Market Strategy at Exodigo and as a Project-based Consultant at More Than Digital, Michu.

Nastassja Kern's education history includes completing a Preparatory program for new immigrants at Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2007, a High School from 2005 to 2006 at Lycée Français de Jérusalem, a Bachelor's degree in medical biology from 2008 to 2012 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Master of Science (MSc); Alternative Management in Management from 2012 to 2014 at HEC Paris.
