Daniel Grant is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical analysis, training, and system administration. Currently serving as an Analyste fonctionnel and ERP Software Trainer at Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain since February 2020, Daniel previously worked at CDPQ as an IT Analyst and Trainer, where responsibilities included resolving application and workstation issues while assessing client needs. Earlier roles included Technical Support at Contact Center, System Administrator at Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de Sherbrooke, and an internship as a Computer Repair Technician at InfoQuebec inc. Daniel holds a degree in Soutien Technique, Informatique from Ecole professionnelle Léonard De-Vinci, completed in 2016.
