Illia Vybornov is a seasoned UX/UI Designer currently working at Exness since April 2020, where the role encompasses broader responsibilities beyond the title. Prior to this, Illia served as Lead Designer at 3Shape from September 2018 to March 2020, focusing on leadership and involvement in the hiring process. Illia also held the position of Senior Designer and Design Quality Lead at 3Shape, contributing both as an interface designer and a leader upon returning to the company. Previous experience includes roles as Visual Designer at CloudMade and Senior Graphic Designer at 3Shape, where Illia was instrumental in expanding the design team. Illia began a freelance career as a Graphic Designer after working in various design capacities at 3Shape, and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Software Development and Computer Engineering from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
