Haikel Ali has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Haikel started their career as a Special Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018, where they were responsible for preparing reports for the Defense Military Attaché department. Haikel then interned as a Public Relations Intern at MUNPlanet, gaining valuable experience in the field. In 2019, Haikel joined Amber Pro Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd as a Client Executive, taking on responsibilities such as resolving customer complaints through various channels. Haikel also served as a Corporate Trainer at the same company, where they designed effective training programs and coordinated training sessions in collaboration with managers. Currently, Haikel is working at Exness as a Trading Training Specialist, utilizing their expertise to provide training in trading.

Haikel Ali completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the International Islamic University Malaysia from 2014 to 2018. In 2021, they enrolled in Asia e University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Additionally, in June 2022, Haikel completed a certification course on "Ethics, Integrity, and Fairness in Financial Services" from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF).
