Gabriela Freire is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in brand protection and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Exness since February 2023, Gabriela has previously held key positions at Corsearch as Client Manager in Brand Protection, and at Incopro as Brand Protection Sub-Team Lead and Analyst. Gabriela's early career includes roles as Student Assistant Manager at the City School of Languages and as part of the Intellectual Property Legal Team at Demarest Advogados. Gabriela began legal training as an intern in the Intellectual Property department at Montaury Pimenta Machado e Vieira de Mello. Academically, Gabriela holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, a Post Graduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Candido Mendes.
