Shashi Prakash is a Senior Manager at EXL since May 2023, previously serving as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Samsung Display Noida, where significant achievements included optimizing procurement processes and enhancing manufacturing yield. Prior experience includes positions at Orient Electric, where Shashi managed a large team for supply chain management and executed digital transformation projects, and at Orbit Technologies, where leadership in process control systems led to substantial improvements in supplier yield. Earlier experience at Havells India Ltd focused on defect reduction and warehouse optimization.
