Sandeep Manchanda is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Insurance M&A and Partnerships at EXL since December 2015, Sandeep focuses on advancing the company's technology, data, and analytics offerings for insurance clients. Previous roles at EXL include Head of New Life Solutions and Business Head for New Business and Underwriting, where Sandeep drove the development of digital operating models and established a market-leading platform. Prior to EXL, Sandeep was Chief Operating Officer at Ark Sciences, Inc., where a pharmaceutical product was launched, and served as SVP, Chief Data Officer at Zurich Financial Services, managing a $35B+ business. Additionally, Sandeep has held leadership positions at Giraffe Partners International, Marsh & McLennan, and NERA, emphasizing IT transformation and data strategy. Sandeep holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
