Nishant Jairath is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and natural language processing. Currently serving as AVP Analytics at EXL since November 2022, Nishant leads the development of generative AI use cases in the insurance domain and has implemented advanced models for text-to-SQL conversion, automated code documentation, and image classification. Prior to EXL, Nishant held the position of Associate Principal Engineer at Nagarro, delivering high-accuracy computer vision projects in the pharmaceutical sector. Nishant's career also includes significant roles at TEG Analytics, involving the development of SaaS products and predictive analytics, as well as contributions to strategic projects at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Nishant holds an MBA from IIT Madras and a B.Tech from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with recent academic engagement at the Indian Institute of Science.
