Emmy Anita Gilbert is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource business partnering, currently serving as Senior Assistant Vice President - HRBP for Healthcare Analytics at EXL since February 2011. Emmy's career at EXL includes progressive roles, such as Assistant Vice President HRBP for Data & Analytics, Senior Manager-HR Business Partner, and Manager-HR Business Partner, where Emmy focused on various sectors including insurance, banking, retail, utilities, travel, and logistics. Prior to EXL, Emmy held HR positions at Fujitsu Consulting India, Mphasis, InterGlobe Technologies, and InterGlobe Technology Quotient. Emmy holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, and a B.A. in Economics from Patna University.
