Apurva Goyal has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Manager at EXL since January 2019, where responsibilities include defining and maintaining SQL DBA team processes, overseeing upgrades, performance monitoring, installations, managing replication, diagnosing system issues, and conducting high availability and disaster recovery testing. Prior to this, Apurva held roles as a Consultant at Wright Shore Technologies Private Limited and as a Senior Technical Consultant at PTC, with earlier experience as an Associate Project at Cognizant Technology Solutions, focusing on PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, database triggers, and issue resolution. Apurva is a Bachelor of Technology graduate in Instrumentation Technology from Moradabad Institute of Technology, having completed the degree in 2010.
