Amit Choudhary is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent development. Currently serving as Vice President - HR Business Leader and Vice President - Capability Development and Internal Communications at EXL since July 2016, Amit has held multiple leadership roles focused on capability development and organizational communication. Prior to EXL, Amit worked at Accenture as a Manager in Global CoE, Learning and Talent Development, and at Aon Hewitt as a Manager in Advanced Talent Development. Amit’s earlier career included managerial roles at Magic Software and Cressanda Solutions, beginning as a Project Manager. Amit holds multiple advanced degrees, including a CHRO Leadership program from Cornell University, a Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an Executive Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Additionally, Amit earned a Certification in Project Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Madras.
