Abhay Singh Mehta is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President at EXL since March 2018, after progressing from the position of Senior Assistant Vice President. Prior to joining EXL, Abhay held various roles at Genpact from May 2008 to February 2018, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, and Operations Manager, focusing on large teams managing banking clients' loan processes. Abhay has developed expertise in optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing effective risk management practices. Abhay holds a PGDBM from the International Management Institute and a BHM from the Welcom Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration, complemented by a foundational education at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
