Tom Hubba has extensive experience in various industries. Tom began their career in 2000 as the President/CEO of Hubba Enterprises Inc., before becoming a Subway Franchisee for almost 10 years. In 2003, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Car Spa. Since 2006, Tom has been heavily involved in the real estate industry. Tom currently owns two Exit Realty franchises and serves as the Owner and Principal Broker at EXIT Realty Professionals. Tom also has experience as a Property Manager for the same company. Throughout their career, Tom has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Tom Hubba attended Old Dominion University from 1995 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Technology with a field of study in Education. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Technology from Old Dominion University. Prior to their university education, Tom attended Salem High School from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Tom Hubba obtained a Real Estate Brokers License from the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in April 2010.
