Kathy Kerr is a Broker Associate at Exit Realty First Choice, a position held since December 2007, specializing in relocation, single family homes, condos, vacant land, new construction, 1031 exchanges, commercial properties, and Short Sales. Active in the real estate community as a member of the Florida Association of Realtors since 1997, Kathy's earlier experience includes serving as a Library Assistant at FMC from 1996 to 1998 and at Harvard Law School Library from 1984 to 1986. Kathy holds an AAS in Library Science from Maria Regina Junior College, earned during 1967 to 1969.
