Joanne Maillet is a licensed REALTOR® at Exit Realty Associates, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Joanne served as a Property Manager at Fengate Real Asset Investments from 2012 to 2017, where management of a mixed-use development and oversight of leasing for over 86,804 sq ft of retail and office spaces, as well as 95 residential units, were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes another Property Manager role at Killam Apartment REIT managing 15 apartment buildings, and at Le Groupe Frédéric & Associés managing a mixed-use development for Concorde Atlantic. Additionally, Joanne worked in finance and accounting for the City of Dieppe from 2002 to 2007, focusing on the Operational Accounts Payables Module. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Université de Moncton, earned between 1984 and 1998.
