Peggy Palmer is a seasoned Real Estate Investor and Manager at Investa Home Solutions, a position held since January 1979, where initial investments included a three-family fixer-upper and a two-family row home in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In addition, since February 2009, Peggy serves as a Professional Real Estate Agent at EXIT Landmark Realty Maryland, leveraging over 30 years of experience in both buying and selling properties, alongside a successful previous career in sales management at Commerce Clearing House. Peggy's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Chair of the Indian Head Economic Development Commission from April 2009 to July 2014, promoting redevelopment and community projects, and as the founding Executive Director of the Indian Head Center for the Arts from July 2003 to December 2008, fostering economic development through the arts. Additionally, Peggy has experience as a Trainer and Consultant with Quik-Help.com and has provided business counseling at the Small Business Development Center. Educationally, Peggy holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
