Jessica Joy Cumberbatch is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Budget Analyst at Integrated Finance & Accounting Solutions (IFAS) since June 2020, Jessica previously held various senior positions at the Air National Guard, including Chief of Operations and Senior Financial Manager in the Recruiting and Retention sectors. Jessica's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included Financial Manager and Budget Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Trident University International, a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Leo University, and two Associate degrees in Financial Management and Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
