Dean specializes in providing brokerage services for residential clients, with expertise in new home construction consulting and the luxury home market. Prior to venturing into real estate, Dean held managerial and executive roles in the finance and accounting sectors, including owning Dean D. Dillard, CPA and serving as Vice President at J.P. Morgan. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University.
