Avneet Kaur is an experienced software quality assurance professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and customer experience management. Avneet has been working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer in Canada since April 2022. Prior to this role, Avneet served as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the investment banking sector from August 2016 to October 2021 and held the position of Customer Experience Manager in the banking industry from August 2013 to December 2014. Additionally, Avneet worked as a Customer Experience Manager for a real estate company from February 2009 to August 2013, focusing on customer relationship management and performance metrics.
