Codin Nastase has extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as Director of Risk and Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Exim Banca Romaneasca since November 2020. Prior to this role, Codin held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Patria Bank from January 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing risk and compliance. Codin's career also includes significant positions at Bancpost, where Codin was Executive Vice President of Risk & Compliance and Head of Risk from 2009 until December 2018, and at Banca Romaneasca S.A. as Head of Risk from 2005 to 2009.
