Sarfraz Ahmad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and production management. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Exide Pakistan Limited since January 2014, Sarfraz leads quality improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing, while also training employees on quality management systems. Previously held the position of Production Planning Manager at the same company, overseeing efficient plant operations. Sarfraz also worked as an Assistant Manager QA, focusing on developing quality inspection methods and preparing comprehensive product quality reports. In addition, since October 2016, Sarfraz has been serving as a Shift Engineer at Midas Safety, ensuring hygienic conditions and implementing waste control measures. Earlier experience includes a role as a Production Engineer at FB Battery plant hub Balochistan, where responsibilities included production process management and quality control. Sarfraz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Dawood University Karachi.
